Here's how we are working to maintain a safe work environment for you and our team.

Safety Procedures For Your Vehicle

When driving your car for pick-up, delivery or testing, our team members will wear disposable gloves and use disposable seat covers.

Any interior repairs or maintenance will be conducted by a team member wearing disposable gloves and surfaces will be sanitised before and after repairs/maintenance.

Our team will sanitise contact points on your vehicle before returning it to you. They will wipe down the following with anti-bacterial wipes and/or spray:

• exterior and interior door handles
• steering wheel
• hand brake
• instruments (including indicator and wiper stalks)
• transmission selector / gear stick

Getting your car to a Service Centre.

We offer no-contact local pick-up and delivery or you can drop your car off at your AutoPlus Service Centre at your booking time. Find our more about our no-contact pick-up and delivery option* here.

Service Centres

• Customers are no longer able to wait in store / office.
• Only one customer and the team member assisting them allowed in the office / reception at any one time.
• Maintaining social distancing (1.5 meters).
• Once keys have been collected from you we will avoid any unnecessary contact with surfaces.
• Hand sanitiser available to you for after EFTPOS use or invoice collection (digital invoices available on request).
• Our team are washing hands / sanitising after any interaction with other people and after contact with vehicles and keys.
• No hand shaking.
• Wearing disposable gloves and using disposable seat covers when driving vehicles.
• Cleaning surfaces with disinfectant after each Transaction.
• No public access to Workshop and Mechanics.
